All our jewellery come packaged in presentation boxes or pouches. When applicable it is then placed in an outer cardboard sleeve and all mailed in bubble wrap envelopes to get to you in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your item is damaged in anyway please email us and we will arrange a replacement or refund. 

Each product has an estimated delivery time and we adhere to these times. If there is any delay then we will inform you by email.

When your order has been despatched our system will inform you by email and from that date your order should be delivered within 1-2 working days. All orders are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery so are fully insured. Please note that the delivery address should match the cardholders address and that the Royal Mail will require the item to be signed for. In the event of no-one being able to sign for the item the Royal Mail will leave a card with instructions on how to proceed.

We aim for you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase and therefore offer a full 14 day returns policy. If for any reason you do not require the item (s) you have purchased please email to inform us and sent the item back by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (if the value is up to £28.00) or by Royal Mail Special Delivery (if the value is above £28.00). Please ensure no damage is caused to the jewellery whilst in your care.
