Although we
make every effort to ensure that you order arrives promptly and in
good condition, problems do occasionally arrive. If your parcel is
taking longer to arrive than anticipated, please contact us. We will
then track your parcel through the Royal Mail system. All items are
sent special delivery and insurance is provided through the Royal
Mail, with whom the responsibility for packages remains during
transit.
If your order arrives damaged please
contact us immediately so that we can take further action.
Making a purchase could not be
easier. Just browse our Catalogue or use the search function, until
you find what you want. Click on Add to Cart and then enter the
quantity that you require. A running total will appear of what you
have ordered. You can continue to add more items or remove some at any
time. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and
you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy
the order. You can change the contents of your basket or cancel your
order at any time - as it is not confirmed until you are transferred
to a secure page to enter payment details.
We accept payment by most major
credit or debit cards. These are processed online using the WorldPay
secure payment service. Prices are shown in Great British Pounds
Sterling. We accept most major credit cards. Credit cards are
processed immediately using the WorldPay secure system . You may send
your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the
Internet using our secure facilities. Please DO NOT send credit card
details by e-mail. Our online store includes a considerable level of
security that is not included in e-mail. If you have any queries about

We guarantee your satisfaction with
any goods that you purchase from us. If you are not happy with your
purchase for any reason you may contact us within 10 days of receiving
your goods to arrange a full refund. You do not even need to tell us
why if you do not want to. Refunds will be made within 30 days.
Unwanted goods must be returned to us, in their original condition
within 14 days. Where goods are not returned in this time we reserve
the right to arrange collection at cost to the customer. Please note
that, due to reasons of hygiene, we cannot accept the return of
earrings that have been worn unless they are faulty. If you would like
to return unwanted goods please ensure that you contact us prior
to sending them back. For reasons of security packages containing
jewellery that are returned to our administration address will be
refused. We also strongly recommend that returned goods are sent by
special delivery with the appropriate insurance cover as they will
only be deemed returned when signed for by us. This guarantee does not
affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
