Mexicana Silver Jewellery was established in April 1999 and has proven immensely popular with hundreds of satisfied customers. The intention then, as it remains today, is to offer the high quality, diversity of design and the sheer originality of genuine hand-originated pieces that Mexican silver jewellery has to offer.

They deal directly with the silver smiths and manufacturers and as a mail order company their costs are comparatively low compared to high street jewellers. The combination of these factors allows us pass on the savings to you, our customer, and offer fantastic value for money.

We are constantly reminded by our delighted customers that that, while we make a considerable effort to display our products favourably, the photos rarely do the 'real thing' justice. All orders include free delivery in the UK so the price you see is the price you pay and you won't find additional delivery costs pressed on you later in the ordering process. Most orders received before 3pm will be sent the same day and are guaranteed to arrive by 12 noon the next working day, however most orders sent on a Friday will be delivered on Saturday.

If your order is not sent the same day it will be sent the next day and will arrive the following day. On average, depending on weekends, you can expect to receive your delivery within 48 hours from the time you make the order. We also welcome all orders from outside the UK.  Please email us at  international@mexicana.co.uk with details of what you are looking for and where you would like it sent so we can advise you of any additional  delivery costs and and time and process your order.

If any orders contain invalid contact details, i.e. incorrect email address, address or telephone number, or an order is made to an international address without having contacted us by email first, we shall automatically cancel the order. This is merely a precaution to protect against fraudulent orders, and to ensure we can give a proper service to genuine customers.
